Privacy Policy

Draft integration point for Qondisa privacy wording. Final legal wording should be reviewed before production launch.

Data collected

  • Account details, contact details and customer request information.
  • Provider profile, service area, credential and business details.
  • Sensitive provider identity and residential address details where needed for verification and marketplace safety.

How data is used

  • Operating accounts, verifying requests, matching providers and protecting marketplace safety.
  • Identity, business, SMS and payment processing through appropriate third-party processors.
  • Fraud prevention, disputes, investigations, security and operational notifications.

Marketing preferences

  • Promotional marketing consent is separate from essential operational communication.
  • Users can opt out of promotions, newsletters, bonus-credit campaigns and reactivation messages.
  • Opting out does not stop OTPs, password resets, verification results, dispute outcomes or payment receipts.

Retention and rights

  • Default sensitive account-data retention is 12 months after account closure.
  • Longer retention may apply for legal obligations, accounting, disputes, investigations or fraud prevention.
  • Data-subject access, correction and deletion processes should be handled through Qondisa support.
