- Qondisa helps customers submit service requests and helps independent providers discover suitable opportunities.
- Providers are independent businesses or individuals, not Qondisa employees.
- Qondisa does not guarantee workmanship, pricing, conduct or project outcome.
Customer responsibilities
- Customers should provide accurate request and contact information.
- Phone verification means Phone Verified; it does not verify full identity.
- Customers should treat providers respectfully and report safety concerns through Qondisa channels.
Contact sharing
- Customer phone and email remain protected until marketplace access rules permit disclosure.
- Verified request information may be shared with matched providers according to Qondisa marketplace rules.
- Provider public profiles do not operate as a free contact directory.
Safety
- Pay safely. Avoid unreasonable upfront payments.
- Agree on the scope of work, price and payment terms before work begins.
- Qondisa does not hold escrow in V1.
