From request to customer contact
This is the intended lead process. Actual lead functionality will be connected in later provider segments.

Qondisa identifies potentially relevant providers.

Eligible providers see a lead preview.

The provider reviews the opportunity and unlock cost.

If the provider confirms and payment succeeds, protected customer contact information becomes accessible.

The provider contacts the customer.

The provider records the outcome later when that functionality exists.
Important lead rules
Lead access should be handled carefully and honestly.
- More than one provider may receive or access an opportunity.
- Unlocking a lead does not guarantee that you win the job.
- Customer contact details must only be used for responding to the request.
- Providers should not share or resell customer information.
