Provider Terms
Draft integration point for Qondisa provider terms. Final legal wording should be reviewed before production launch.
Verification
- Qondisa may verify identity information and business registration details supplied by providers.
- Credential Verified means Qondisa checked a specific listed credential.
- Verification confirms only the specific information checked; it is not a guarantee of workmanship, conduct, pricing or project outcome.
Credits and lead access
- Providers use Qondisa credits to access eligible customer lead contact details.
- A lead may be accessed by up to three providers under the current V1 marketplace model.
- Paid credits do not expire. Promotional credits may expire according to campaign terms.
Disputes and refunds
- Invalid-lead disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of lead unlock.
- Approved invalid-lead refunds are credit-only refunds.
- Qondisa does not guarantee lead conversion, customer response or project value.
Enforcement
- Qondisa may restrict, suspend or ban accounts for safety, fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or marketplace integrity reasons.
- Providers must not misuse customer contact details or bypass marketplace rules.
- Provider profiles are not public contact-directory listings.
